Beat the Heat (WA) Inc was formed in August 2005 by former members of the WA Police drag racing team. It is a registered ‘not for profit’ association in Western Australia and relies solely of donations and sponsorship.

The main aim of the Beat the Heat (WA) Inc association is to reduce the incidents of illegal street racing on WA roads by encouraging participation in the sport of drag racing in safe and controlled environment. House of Power now have sponsored the Beat the Heat team. The car is currently making 307rwhp with minimal modifications and has run a best time of 12.18 at 112mph so far.
